I use Fast Ever to capture text-based stuff in a friction-free manner. Evernote’s ecosystem of applications allows me to fine tune how I use it for capture. I use a Fujitsu ScanSnap scanner to scan all physical paper directly into Evernote. Or, if I do not have access to any of those devices, I can use it on the web with just a browser. This allows me complete flexibility to switch devices at a moments notice and not miss a beat.įor my own personal trusted system I use Evernote.

So, it is really important you choose the correct tools that provide the least amount of friction capturing and processing your “stuff”. When building a trusted system, simplicity is the key – less is more.
